PhotoLang™ is currently a pre-launch project. This website serves as a waitlist to gauge market interest. By joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that no contract of sale exists and no active software service is currently being provided to you.

2. Pricing & Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is entirely free. The stated price ($29 for 500 generations) reflects our intended standard pricing model at launch, but remains indicative and subject to change. No payment information is collected during the waitlist phase.

3. Trademark Disclaimer

PhotoLang™ is an independent tool designed to generate flashcards. PhotoLang™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anki, AnkiWeb, or AnkiDroid. "Anki" is a registered trademark of its respective owners. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. IOS is a trademark or registered trademark of Cisco in the U.S. and other countries and is used under license.

All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

4. AI Content & Limitation of Liability

PhotoLang™ utilizes artificial intelligence to process images, generate sentences, and provide translations. AI technology is inherently prone to making errors (hallucinations). You agree that PhotoLang™ is for casual language learning purposes only and must not be relied upon for medical, legal, or safety-critical situations. PhotoLang™ is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability is limited to $1.00 USD.

5. Intellectual Property

All software designs, mockups, copy, and visual content on this site are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, or "scrape" this site for commercial purposes.
